About my Client

My client is a leading global financial services provider with a legacy of excellence and innovation. A European company with an impressive heritage, they are seeking a motivated Human Resources Professional to join their dynamic Human Resources team for an initial 12-month contract on hybrid working basis, with the office based in Dublin City Centre.

 

About the Role:

Reporting to the locally based Head of HR, this role is integral to my client’s well-established and expanding HR & Culture team. In the role your key duties will be focussed on data reporting and analytics (50%) and payroll oversight (50%).

 

Payroll:

  • Responsible for overseeing the monthly payroll, pension, and benefits administration, ensuring delivery and effective management.
  • Guarantee prompt and precise processing of payroll and benefits data for external service providers.

Data Reporting & Analytics:

  • Oversee the Employee Experience by effectively managing the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, various types of leave, probation, and offboarding.
  • Actively engage with managers and employees to address relevant topics and enhance communication.
  • Recommend adjustments to HR practices in response to legislative changes or other developments, and develop supportive materials for implementation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across local and Group systems.
  • Generate regular HR and Management reports covering staffing, attrition, absence, working hours, and training, and produce additional reports as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders such as pension and benefits providers to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Coordinate various reporting tasks.
  • Handle a high volume of HR inquiries and requests from employees.

 

About You:

With approximately 3 years of experience in HR functions, you bring confidence in managing a diverse HR workload with varying deadlines. Payroll and reporting experience is essential and the ability to work as part of a team is important. MS Excel experience is required.
