My client is a leading financial services firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. With a commitment to excellence and a dynamic team-driven culture, we are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to contribute to the success of a thriving financial services organization.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team in various administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, assisting in recruitment processes, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Handle employee queries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documentation.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, tracking attendance and maintaining training records.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in HR administration, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A relevant qualification in HR or a related field is desirable.
