My client, a long established independent Financial Services provider is currently seeking to add to their Leadership Team. A company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable and experienced Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office.
About the Role
This an interesting role and an excellent opportunity to move away from a heavily BAU Operations focused role.
In your role, you will sit between the Relationship Management Team and Client Service Operations Teams (Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Custody).
Client side; you will be expected to develop strategic, effective relationships. You will assist with product development and the cross selling of services to drive profitability and a competitive edge. You will be consultative and proactive in meeting client needs, linking closely with internal onboarding and change management teams.
Operations side; you will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Client Services team ensuring requirements are met and escalated complex queries are successfully resolved. You too will be responsible for the hands on management of the team and complete and oversee the annual performance review process. Succession planning, promotions, compensation adjustments and team expense management will call under your remit.
About You
You’ll have around 10 years’ experience within at a manager level with a core expertise in Fund Accounting and extensive Client Service Management. Expertise of Mutual Funds and knowledge of the Luxembourg Funds industry would be sought after. Strong people management and client facing skills are essential.
