Trustee / Depositary NAV Oversight (Wexford) (LD110158) Permanent

My client is one of the world’s leading financial services institutions. They are looking for a Trustee & Depositary NAV Oversight Senior Analyst to join their expanding team based in the Wexford office.

The Role:

• Prepare NAV Review packs in line with procedures and checklists
• Review monthly Stock/Cash reconciliations for aged and material breaks in line with procedures
• Liaise with internal teams for receipt of required back up
• Ensure all monthly tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Display a good understanding of the regulatory requirements governing each specific task/ function
• Ensure all logs and checklists are kept up to date
• Ensure queries are tracked and escalated where necessary in line with procedures
• Provide and participate in cross training with colleagues where necessary
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks as requested

Requirements:

• Third level qualification preferably in business/legal related/accounting/finance discipline
• Has a good working knowledge and understanding of the NAV Calculation
• Previous Fund Accounting/Transfer Agency experience
• Proficiency with MS Office & PC literacy
• Understands the background of various fund types in terms of legal rules and regulations
• Understands the role of Administrator, Custodian/Prime Broker, Trustee/Depositary, and Investment Manager
