My client, the leading, independent provider of forward thinking Fund Administration services provider is currently seeking add to their Transfer Agency team, more specifically within their Private Equity Real Estate division. Highly successful, my client hold a significant market share and have one of the best client retention rates in the business which year on year has been improving, despite their impressive growth trajectory.
My client will interview, offer and virtually onboard for this position with 100% work from home at onboarding stage.
About the Role
Day to day is ensuring the business is ready for new funds, new clients, that the systems are up to scratch and suit individual client needs whether that be through client interaction, document and data gathering, BRD creation, liaison with software development teams, adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. Technology enhancements and ongoing system (Investran) developments are part of the role. Efficiency, automation, workflow management are all important for maximum productivity.
You’ll have around 6/7 years’ experience within Transfer Agency. Business Analysis, Project Management or Change Management experience within Transfer Agency is beneficial. You’ll be confident in your ability able to manage complex tasks and see projects through to successful delivery. You can work with limited guidance, though be comfortable in collaborating with the team on group projects. You don’t need to be a technical genius, though should be comfortable in dealing with technical teams. You’ll be confident and articulate as you will be presenting to and collaborating with the wider business and clients.
This position is for an individual contributor and people management is not required.
