My client, a long established Financial Services provider is currently seeking to add to their Transfer Agency team.
They are a company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable and experienced Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office. They are a pioneering, client centric organisation underpinned by their commitment to superior client service.
About the Role
This is very much a client interaction focused role, managing high profile Alternative Investment funds, cultivating a trusted relationship with their Principals and their Investors. With a small team Managers reporting directly to you along with numerous dotted line Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Administrators, you will be responsible for staff development and leading the performance management process.
As you would expect at this level, preparation of client service plans including annual budget management will make up part of your responsibilities.
This department functions within an A-Z model and most work is done on-shore.
Change management, Implementation and Project work will take up a significant portion of your role which will require you to plan, develop and roll out a variety of initiatives across local and wider afield departments.
Experience in process optimisation, modernisation or digitisation would be very beneficial.
You’ll be a hands-on, ambitious and motivated manager. One who exudes professionalism and integrity and comfortable in leading teams, engaging and facing high profile clients striving for high quality service whilst managing Regulatory & Business Change Operational Risk, Control, and Compliance best practice ensuring all work is carried out in line with the Funds’ Prospectus.
You will also have excellent Operational Transfer Agency experience, ideally with closed-ended Funds or any Real Asset.
You’ll be keen to further your career in the short to medium term and really be a person who can ultimately see the bigger picture in a large organisation.
