My client, a long established independent Financial Services provider is currently seeking to add to their Leadership Team. A company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable and experienced Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Cork Office. They are a pioneering, client centric organisation underpinned by their commitment to superior client service.

All employees are currently working from home, with a flexible hybrid model in place for their expected office return in Q1 2022.

About the Role

This is very much a hands on Supervising position, managing and building a trusted relationship with your clients and your team. With a small team of Analysts and Supervisors reporting into you, you’ll be responsible for staff development, training, workflow processing and the review and sign off of their work as well as getting involved in more technical aspects of the position such as projects, process improvements and technical client queries.

The department is A-Z (subs, reds & transfers, reconciliations, capital activity, investor reporting etc) with most production kept on-shore.

You will pro-actively manage team workflows, build succession plans, coach and mentor team members to ensure high performance.

About You

You’ll be a hands-on, ambitious Transfer Agency Supervisor or Senior Analyst ready for the next step. Ideally you will have 6+ years’ experience within Transfer Agency or Investor Services with a minimum of one year Alternative Funds experience. You will be the type of person who exudes professionalism, initiative, is interested in the Financial Services industry and comfortable in leading by example. You’ll be very much client centric – there is no separate Relationship Management team. You and your line managers have sole care of the client base.
