Senior Trustee Analyst & Trustee Supervisor (LD151041) Permanent

Multiple clients in Dublin seeking experienced Trustee professionals at all levels to join their expanding operations within the Irish Funds Industry

Responsibilities:

Senior/Supervisor Trustee

Meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines
Review daily/monthly/quarterly compliance and NAV reviews
Participate in new fund launches
Participate in on-site visits to sub-custodians and administrators
Review financial statements, prospectus, etc.
Audit reviews
Develop and maintain strong business relationship with colleagues
Adhoc tasks / projects as required
Assistant Manager/Manager:

Daily oversight and review of work flows
Prepare for and attend client meetings as required
On-site visits to sub-custodians and administrators
Attend and make presentations at client Board of Directors Meetings
Work closely with clients legal firms and consultants
Liaise with the global sub-custodians, administrator and prime brokers, as required
Meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines
Develop and maintain strong business relationship with colleagues
Essential skills:

2-5+ years’ experience either in a hedge fund / investment bank or prime broker.
Experience in Compliance and NAV reviews
Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with Clients, Investors, Management and demonstrate a diligent and methodical approach to tasks
Strong PC-based experience
Ability to adapt to various product deliverables
Ability to work to tight deadlines
