My client, a leading financial services institution provides specialist financial services products to alternative investment funds, investors, and private clients, multinationals and charitable organisations. With employees in over 20 countries and clients in over 100, they are a sophisticated, forward thinking client centric organisation.
Due to new business growth they are currently seeking to add to their experienced Relationship Management team. They are a company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance and flexibility, but also one with an extremely capable Executive Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in the region.
About the Role
This a pure Relationship Management position and a rare find. As an individual contributor, you will manage a portfolio of clients and develop strategic, effective relationships. You will assist with product development and the cross selling of services to drive profitability and a competitive edge. It is commercial in nature, with profitability, revenue and expense reporting all part of your responsibilities. It is consultative in nature, building solutions that meet dynamic client needs and linking closely with internal onboarding, client service, product, and change management teams.
You’ll have around 10 years’ experience within a Financial Services Relationship Management role, or in a client facing Fund or Investment Management Operations function, possess strategic acumen and be passionate about relationships. You can clearly define “game plans” and develop strategies to develop existing and new relationships and increase business.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, comfortable in presenting to high level executives and translating key information to clients, whether that be regulatory, risk framework, product offerings, future impacts or other market information.
You will understand the product and be credible in your delivery.
