About the Company

My client is a world leading, award-winning, independent provider of financial services outsourcing such as alternative fund administration, treasury, trade operations, custodial & corporate banking, and technology solutions across the financial services industry to a client base including investment funds, insurance and life, private clients and wealth managers.

About The Role:

This permanent hire is arising on the back of new business and a promotion owing organic growth within the department. Sitting firmly within the Middle Office, your team will be responsible for Treasury and Collateral Management. You overall responsibility will be to ensure variation margin is calculated correctly, review ISDA Master documentation, and manage OTC settlements, transfers, SWIFT payments etc.

As a member of the Management team, you will lead fund launches for new clients, participate in client pitches and demos, ensure team KPIs are hit, manage team performance, assist in audit co-ordination etc.

About You:

You will have a client focused outlook, be comfortable in dealing with senior executives in clients, collateral vendors (Eurcoclear, Acadia), and adept at building and managing relationships. You will have a strong understanding of complex OTC derivative instruments and fund structures. Knowledge of Repo Margin agreements would be a distinct advantage, as would MT527, MT540 & MT542 security transfers.

As project management makes up some of your responsibility, experience in this area would be very helpful.
