Based on the south side of Dublin City Centre. My client are a long established privately owned small brokerage business specialising in the Pension and Insurance sector. They provide investment advice, retirement planning and life assurance services.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for delivery of exceptional client management to a range of high profile individual and group accounts. You’ll additionally be responsible for the management of a small team of experienced administrators. Nothing too heavy, but certainly workflow management, advice and coaching, training and development etc. will take up some of your day to day.
You will act as relationship manager to key existing and new clients, providing them with technical advice on insurance, investment and pension products while ensuring compliance adherence, assist with client budgeting, performing fund performance analysis and research and providing analytical reporting in on a hands-on, client service focussed environment.
You will be an enthusiastic and pro-active person, keen to stay focussed in what is a fun but busy role where you will need to apply your time management skills while working to tight deadlines. You will have at least 4 years’ experience working in a similar role at another brokerage firm or financial institution, have good general knowledge of the investment markets but have good technical knowledge and understanding of insurance, investment and pension products. Ideally you experience will be in individual rather than group pensions but this is not essential. You will already have some leadership experience be it on a day to day or interim basis.
