Investor Relations Senior Administrator – Private Equity (LD031139) Permanent

The Company:

My client is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Senior Administrator for their Private Equity team. This role will be based in our clients state of the art office with a young and talented workforce located in the heart of Dublin’s financial district. My client provides specialist financial services to alternative investment funds, investors, multinationals and private clients worldwide. They have more than 6,000 employees globally and operate in 40+ countries. As a result of continued growth my client are looking to add to their sizable Dublin office which houses more than 800 employees.

The Role:

You will develop and maintain client relations to the mature institutional investors and fund managers, high-net-worth individuals, and daily communication with internal/external stakeholders combined with all relevant and associated administration.

Your day to day will encompass such things as;

Perform the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds and private equity funds
Maintain shareholders registers and acting as transfer agent
Processing and confirming subscriptions, redemptions and transfers
Communicate with investors
Process payments and other transactions
Perform all of the investor related services of the Company’s investment fund clients
Meet expectations of fund participants, adhering to deadlines, ensuring the rules and representations of the fund are adhered to
About You:

You will have strong exposure to financial markets and the funds industry. You’ll be enthusiastic, analytical, and have strong end to end Investor Relations experience. You will be able to resolve complex issues and identify risks within the role and show independence and leadership within your team. You will have excellent client relationship management skills coupled with excellent technical skills and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Finally, you will have a Third Level degree preferably in Finance or Business.
