About The Company: 

My client, a leading financial services institution provides specialist financial services products to alternative investment funds, investors, private clients and Multinationals. With employees in over 20 countries and clients in over 100, they are a pioneering, client centric organisation.

About The Role: 

Arising due to new business and the expansion of the Cork office, this is a new headcount sitting within an already established team. You’ll be responsible for the day to day management of a small team who are tasked with the review, maintenance and implantation of appropriate Risk & Control management and mitigation. Additionally you’ll be responsible for board and regulatory reporting, drafting audit reports, performing top down business risk reviews and making independent recommendations.

About You:

Ideally you’ll have knowledge and experience in either Internal or External Audit of Financial Services Institutions be it Banking, Investment & Asset Management, Aircraft Leasing or similarly structured businesses and have a deep understanding of the laws and regulations which affect the firms. You’ll be adaptable and can fit in a dynamic climate for the business. You can assess risk, recommend mitigation of same and have excellent analytical skills.
