My client, a long established and successful business is a leading provider of Administration Services, Banking and Corporate Services to diverse Financial Services industry client base including Aircraft lessors, airlines, banks, commodities, and more. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an experienced and capable Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a permanent post and brand new hire, sitting within and established and growing HR & Culture team. You will have the typical responsibilities of a Senior HR Manager in developing and delivering robust initiatives around employee engagement, talent acquisition, restructuring, performance management, learning and development, and managing other organisational changes across a number of different business lines.
You’ll provide support and advance around policies and employee relations (grievance, disciplinary, PIPs, dismissal etc.), and annual processes (compensation, performance management, bonus).
This is a Senior hire and will require some overseas travel and you will have 3-4 HR Business Partners directly reporting to you across multiple locations.
You’ll have around 10 years of experience within a HR Function. You’ll be confidence in your ability able to manage a busy HR Department, with support from above in the Head of HR and HR Director, to your direct reports who are experienced HR Business Partners. You will of course need people management skills, technical competence in employment law, be decisive, and have a real personal initiative and proactive approach to further developing a solid HR framework in a growing function.
