My client, a long established and successful Financial Services business with a strong heritage is a leading provider of Fund Administration, and Trustee & Depositary Services. They are a US company with strong roots in Ireland and carry an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance and flexibility, but also one with an extremely capable and tenured executive leadership team.

About the Role

This senior hire has arisen due to new business growth. Reporting to the Head of Fund Accounting, you will be responsible for delivery of exceptional administration services to a range of Complex Hedge Fund clients. You will act as relationship manager and primary contact to key investment managers and investors providing them with RFPs, technical support, manage annual budgeting and plan for the onboarding of new clients.

Given the roles seniority, you will work with the Sales team and participate in presentations to prospective clients, and take the lead on change management initiatives, and be responsible for the achievement of operational targets surrounding adequate staffing, productivity and morale.

In this highly visible role, you’ll work on projects to enhance the current service offering in a risk controlled environment. You will 2-3 direct reports who are experienced Managers in their own right, and about a further 5 indirect reports for whom you will be responsible.

About You

You’ll be a hands-on, ambitious and motivated Senior Manager, or experienced Manager ready for the next step. You are one who exudes professionalism and integrity and comfortable in leading teams, engaging and facing high profile clients striving for high quality service. Knowledge of complex investment types, regulatory requirements, and performance fee methodologies would be sought after.

Finally, you’ll be keen to further your career in the short to medium term and really be a person who can ultimately see the bigger picture in a large organisation.
