Financial Reporting Manager Permanent

The Role:
The role involves responsibility for the management of a financial reporting team, which manages the financial statement preparation, regulatory filing and compliance function such as periodic regulatory filing in local and international fund jurisdictions including returns to the Central Bank of Ireland.
• Ensure all established financial reporting procedures and controls are fulfilled
• Forecasting and resourcing of team and ensuring correct up to date knowledge on policies and procedures
• Oversight and planning of annual and interim Financial Statements process
• Comprehensive technical and application of various accounting standards, primarily IFRS, US GAAP, FRS 102 and Luxembourg GAAP
About You:
You will have at least 7+ years fund or audit experience coupled with 5+ year’s people management experience. Ideal candidate will have extensive financial reporting preparation and comfortable dealing with Private Equity entities, complex debt instruments and complex group structures. Knowledge of Advent Geneva/ Investran and knowledge of regulatory returns including MMIFs would be desirable.
