My client, a long established independent Financial Services provider is currently seeking to add to their Management Team. A company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable and experienced Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office. They are a pioneering, client centric organisation underpinned by their commitment to superior client service.
About the Role
This hire is to join a relatively new team within the organisation, which globally has over 10,000 employees.
In what is an exciting time to join not only the team but the company, you will report to the Head of FP&A who in turn reports into the Global CFO.
The role is typical of any FP&A role, driving the company’s forecasting accuracy, improvement in financial statement processing, devising, recommending and implementing process improvements and automation, and focusing on the strategic financial direction of the firm.
You’ll be heavily involved in all finance related projects from systems to processes, and produce management reports for critical analysis on operational and financial performance.
About You
You’ll be an ambitious, experienced FP&A analyst and part qualified or qualified accountant. Ideally, you’ll have 4+ years in FP&A but this is not essential.
Whilst you’ll have plenty of support, this sort of role would suit a self-starter who is able to work with limited direction.
