My client, a long established independent Financial Services provider is currently seeking to add to their Management Team. A US company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable, experienced and tenured Leadership team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office. They are a pioneering, client centric organisation underpinned by their commitment to superior client service.

About the Role
Sitting within the broader Depositary function, your team’s primary responsibility will be to independently monitor, assess and report upon Investment & Borrowing Monitoring and Compliance, NAV breaches, & Daily Cash Flow Monitoring, and provide recommendations on effective problem solutions for any operational issues arising.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Depositary. This is very much a leadership position, where you can influence change across the business and represent your department at board level meetings, C Suite level clients and client prospect meetings and industry events. You’ll coordinate communications with the regulator and external auditor liaison, and you’ll also advise prospective clients on their regulatory requirements for fund set ups in Ireland.

About You
You’ll have several years’ experience within Depositary or Trustee at a Manager / VP level. You’ll be able to effectively present complex and sensitive data to the business and clients at executive level. You will have direct reports in this role and be responsible for the management of a small, high performing team. Project management also has a significant place in this position so project experience would be highly valued. You will be the approver for Vendor / Third Party Admin services so negotiation skills are good to have.
