About my Client

My client, a long established, independent Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to add to their Management Team. A company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Executive Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office.

About the Role

Sitting within the broader Client Service and Relationship Management Team, your primary responsibility will be to support the relationship management function, with a focus on managing internal and external reporting deliverables, achieving superior client satisfaction. You’ll be the point of escalation for most complex issues.

While without direct reports, this is very much a leadership position, and you’ll be expected to set a strong example to your client service colleagues and counterparts in the operations team.

Technology enhancements are a key part of the role. Efficiency, automation, workflow management are all important for maximum productivity.

Some of your key responsibilities will include;

Establishing and maintaining personal relationships with key clients acting as their central point of contact
Co-ordination and management of the delivery of quarterly reports to the board of directors ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and appropriate sign off
Preparation of client reports, co-ordinating with the various departments and obtain the necessary approvals
Coordination of meetings and delivery of reports to other appointed Fund service providers (i.e. Depositary, AIFM, Internal Audit etc)
You will support client requests for bank account opening and facilitate the “Know Your Customer” documentation gathering process;
Organisation of operational due diligence reviews and client visits;
Assist with investor due diligence questionnaires and liaise with the appropriate individuals in operations (back office, investor relations, pricing and valuation, legal etc.)
You will be responsible for maintenance of internal tracking tools to ensure adherence with Service Level Agreements
About You

You’ll have around 8 years’ experience within operations (Fund Accounting, Custody and Transfer Agency would all be considered), at least 3 of which at a management level. Ideally, these will have been client facing. You’ll be confident in your ability able to manage complex tasks, see issues through to resolution, manage relationships, and be an ambitious person, keen to progress in the short to medium term.
