Client Integration AVP – Dublin Permanent

Your Role:

• You will lead projects or elements of large engagements, including client integration, service delivery and sales support.
• Responsible for managing virtual teams that assist clients in integrating the Citco services into their environment, employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.
• Deal with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services; the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential
• May be required to support multiple time zones during large projects
• Stakeholder in the development of new client/business
• Assist with building sample portfolios for pitches
• Be involved with Control Standard and Custom Extract File Development (in house/vendor) and Control Instrument Setup Rules
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting

About You:
• You will have a degree qualified in a business or finance related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be a ‘team player’ who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service
• Minimum of 4 – 6 years in the financial services industry
• Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
• Proven project management experience
• Proven knowledge of Listed and OTC products
• Creative and innovative with a client focus
• Strive for continuous improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
