My client are a leading provider of software and consultancy services to an expansive client base including Financial Services, Agri, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, Automotive and more. They are currently seeking add to their Client Implementations team for their flagship post-trade software within their Financial Services division. They are a company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Executive Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office.
About the Role
Sitting within the Technology Management team and reporting to the Director of Business Analysis, you will be responsible for assisting the design, development and execution of functional enhancements, provide consultancy services to clients by gathering data, providing gap analyses and designing, executing and fully implementing change. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure implementation is smooth by providing business mapping, go live supports, UAT and more.
You’ll be preparing project plans in conjunction with the wider team (Quality Assurance, Product, New Business) and meet with end user clients regularly.
You will have around 5 years’ experience within and Business Analysis position, ideally within Settlements, Corporate Actions or any post-trade Capital Markets activity. Software delivery / implementations would be really helpful. You’ll be confident in your ability able to manage complex tasks and see issues through to resolution. You can work with limited guidance, though be comfortable in collaborating with the team on group projects. Of course, you’ll need to be able to have excellent communication skills, so that you can articulate complex information in a digestible fashion. You’ll be intellectually curious, be analytical and enjoy solving problems!
