My client, a long established Global Leader in the provision of Financial Services and Fund Administration is currently seeking to hire an experienced Compliance professional. They are company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Executive Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth.

About The Role

This department is seeking an AML professional, with hands on experience in ideally a Transfer Agency / Investment Management environment. You role will be to ensure that the AML framework within the team meets regulatory requirements, that operational needs are being met by your reports, and that strategic projects are managed to plan.

In the role you’ll be responsible for;

Oversight of team deliverables such as timely AML/KYC set ups, SLAs, client report cards, board packs
Oversight of AML/KYC, PEP, sanction and high risk investor reviews
Maintenance, review and safe keeping of client and investor documentation
Management of AML Projects
Legal and Regulatory assurance
Managing the performance of a small team
Liaison with the Central Bank of Ireland
About you

You’ll be able to work to, and manage a varying workload within specified deadlines. Be customer centric and manage relationships in what sometimes can be difficult circumstances – communication is key! With local growth, particularly across AML / New Business Teams and ample chance for further development and progression, in a business with a strong reputation in the market this role would suit an ambitious individual seeking to add to an already strong skill set. Systems wise, LexisNexis would be helpful but is not essential.
