My client is a leading provider of Financial Services solutions to investment managers, aircraft lessors, charities and governmental organisations. They have strong roots in Ireland, and a mid-sized office of 100 employees.
About the Role
This hire has arisen due to maternity leave and plays a critical role in the successful running of the business. You will provide excellent levels of front-office support to the business, running the reception, controlling entry of people, ensuring all incoming communication is managed accurately and professionally, booking travel and accommodation for employees.
Additionally, you will provide some administration report to the HR and Finance team by assisting with creation of paperwork such as tax-saver tickets, PowerPoints, ordering of supplies and inventory management etc.
You will be highly computer literate, can handle confidential issues appropriately and discreetly, and have excellent organisation skills. French language would be an advantage but is by no means essential.
