Valuations Administrator

My client is a financial services company located in Dublin City Centre. They are looking to hire a Valuations Administrator. This is a permanent role and comes with fantastic benefits!

 Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for NAV calculation and trade settlement. 
• Cash reconciliations
• Accrued Income & Expense reconciliations
• Reviewing valuations for exception breaks and ensuring compliance with controls
• Issuing price to registration
• Understanding and implementing valuation’s and settlement’s procedures
• Trade Settlement across a broad range of security instruments – in particular fixed income, swaps, and other OTC products
• Asset Reconciliation and query resolution
• Cash Management – e.g. Money Movements, FX, Margin & Fund of Funds
• Deal Placement
• Maintaining and developing day to day relationships with company personnel as well as brokers, administrators, custodians and Investment Managers
• Answering queries relating to the funds

Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience: 

• Previous fund administration experience
• Knowledge of Funds & Fund Industry
• Knowledge of fixed income, OTC & Swap securities valuation and settlements
