The Role

Reporting to the General Manager your initial and core area of responsibility will be  for the growth and development of the new Accountancy Recruitment Team and its function.

Responsibilities

• Utilising your 2-5yrs recruitment experience you will be required to implement both traditional and contemporary recruitment methodolgy in:
• Developing and maintaining a large and diversified client base throughout Dublin and beyond
• Attending client meetings as the face of Quest Accountancy in order to acquire new business and further develop existing relationships
• Attracting and providing a professional service to a large pool of suitably qaulified candidates
• The building and support & development of a team of experienced and enthusiastic recruiters that will deliver the success and reputation of the brand.
•  In conjunction with the General Manager, set in place business plan, operating procedures, structures and goals.
