Senior Shareholder Services Manager
Our client requires an experienced Shareholder Services Manager, with a proven track record in people management skills to join their team inDublin
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing daily activities of the Shareholder Services Team to achieve overall high client satisfaction
- Key contact for client/investor queries
- Working closely with and support other Operational Manager’s to ensure the team operates effectively and that deadlines are met
Experience
- Min of 5 years Transfer Agency experience
- Proven experience in managing teams.
- Attention to detail and proven ability to handle complexity
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
- Knowledge or prior experience of Multifonds TA is considered an advantage.
