Senior Shareholder Services Manager

Our client requires an experienced Shareholder Services Manager, with a proven track record in people management skills to join their team inDublin

 Responsibilities 

• Responsible for managing daily activities of the Shareholder Services Team to achieve overall high client satisfaction
• Key contact for client/investor queries
• Working closely with and support other Operational Manager’s to ensure the team operates effectively and that deadlines are met

 Experience

• Min of 5 years Transfer Agency experience
• Proven experience in managing teams.
• Attention to detail and proven ability to handle complexity
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
• Knowledge or prior experience of Multifonds TA is considered an advantage.
